Hodgins ~ Berardo Arena

 

The Arena and Lobby.

The arena is 192' x 85'.  Ice is on 7 months of the year.  The arena has a designated wheelchair section perfect for full viewing. The lobby has handicap-accessible viewing-windows and bathrooms. 

The lobby includes a large concession stand, and several vending machines. 

 

Meeting / Classroom and Fitness Center

The meeting/classroom area has one wall with floor height windows, and one wall of mirrors.

It is oftentimes used for yoga and/or cheerleading practice.  It is close to the bathrooms. 

It is provided with 15 tables and 50 chairs.

Beyond the meeting/classroom area is a Fitness Center; unstaffed.

The Fitness Center is available for public use (over age 14 and with membership). 

Fitness Center Membership is $10/students, $15/nonstudents, $20/family. 

 

 

Rental Policy and Rates

 

Rental Policy:

Damage and Cleaning Deposits are required for event rental.

Set Up and Clean Up (including garbage removal) is required by the renter.

Liquor and/or Beer are only allowed with GJRA permission and Host Liability Insurance.

 

Rental Rates:

This is not comprehensive: GJRA rents ice time to IDS #316 and other groups.

 

DRY FLOOR ARENA:

Free for youth and/or nonprofits

$200 for Fundraiser by youth and/or nonprofits

$200 for Party by Greenway Area resident (nonresidents must inquire).

 

 MEETING/CLASSROOM:

Free for youth and/or nonprofits

$50 for Fundraiser by youth and/or nonprofits

$50 for Party by Greenway Area resident (nonresidents must inquire).

 

 

Dasherboard Ad Rates

 

Advertise your business around the rink. 

GJRA makes the signs (4' x 8'), your business agrees to an annual contract, and

 the cost is  $500 for the first year; $400 for a renewal.
